Hilton Ferguson

Master Trainer and Founder of Full Time Fitness, LLC, Hilton Ferguson is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Dietary Counselor with extensive knowledge and experience.Hilton received his B.S. in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University’s College of Health and Human Performance. Hilton has trained and maintained an extensive number of clientele from all walks of life, all ages, and even those with health and fitness challenges. He will help you set goals, stay focused and get results. Hilton’s training style will challenge you, motivate you and inspire you. The company’s explosive growth is contributed to the power of testimony from satisfied clients who trained one on one, in groups, boot camps and corporately.

Kit Ferguson “Coach Kit” is a native of Greensboro, N.C.,she is married to her best friend, Hilton Ferguson and she’s the mother of five beautiful children (to include a set of triplet girls). Together her and Hilton own and operate Full Time Fitness, the Triad’s premier fitness company.

Kit is a graduate of Liberty University as well as East Carolina University. She’s obtained a Masters in Professional Counseling and is licensed as a Clinical Addiction Specialist. She received her certification as a Wellness Coach from The Spencer Institute and is a Certified Personal Trainer through Full Time Fitness. She’s worked as a counselor in many settings (mental health and substance abuse) for many years and enjoy working in the helping profession. Wellness Coaching came naturally to her after running a fitness company and seeing the struggles many clients faced to maintain a healthy lifestyle. A lack of motivation, knowledge, discipline and even support has defeated so many on their journey to being well. As a Coach she’s transparent and truthful with her clients. It is her desire to support and guide clients towards a healthier, happier life. She’s here to assist individuals with goal setting and overcoming obstacles on their journey to optimal wellness.

Holden Nagel

Holden Nagel is a NSCA certified personal trainer. Holden has graduated with a degree in kinesiology from UNCG. He has a passion for martial arts with experience in MuayThai. His goal is to motivate people to achieve their goals and give them courage to over come any adversities they may face, which apply to other aspects of their life. With his skills he will lead others to live a healthier lifestyle, gain self-confidence and break any perceived limitations.


Leslie Jones McKenzie

Philosophy: “Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will. You have to believe in yourself!”

Since I was a child, I have struggled with my weight. After some difficult personal issues, I decided to make some changes within myself. I began working out in January 2013, and it changed my life forever. I quickly developed muscle and was addicted to the lifestyle. I competed in my first figure competition only 8 months later, winning the overall. Fast forward 2 years and I’ve competed in 3 local shows, and 2 national, preparing for my 3rd. Competing and fitness is my passion and I love what I do! I decided at Christmas in 2014 that I wanted to help others reach the same goals, whether it’s weight loss or getting on stage. I got certified through NASM in April of 2015, and plan to go for further nutrition certifications.


Diana James

Philosophy: “Failure is never trying”

Once 70 pounds over weight, herself, Diana now works with clients for weight loss, toning and strengthening. She is an AFAACertified personal trainer and IFA sports nutritionist. She is also certified through Yoga Alliance as a RYT-500 instructor teaching classes and performing one on one yoga therapy. Diana is also a Christian minister and enjoys helping people in any way the Lord directs her.


Akeem Langham

Akeem Langham, a Boston-area native, has been a resident of High Point, NC since the age of eight. After graduating from High Point Central High School, Akeem went on to play Division 1 football at Elon University, where he also served on the leadership committee. Akeem earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Service Studies from Elon in the Spring of 2014. From a young age, Akeem has always enjoyed playing sports and working out. While you might still occasionally find him on a field or court, Akeem now enjoys helping clients reach their fitness goals.


Josh Maras

Philosophy: “Create a balanced lifestyle to encourage and produce results safely and efficiently”

Josh is a veteran trainer with over 8 years experience in the fitness industry. Josh has worked as both a trainer as well as a fitness director during his 8 years. Josh is ACSM Health Fitness Instructor certified and has a B.S in exercise science from Greensboro College. Josh also has 5 years of collegiate baseball experience, 2 at CCBC Catonsville and 3 years at Greensboro College.
