Leslie Jones McKenzie

Philosophy: “Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will. You have to believe in yourself!”

Since I was a child, I have struggled with my weight. After some difficult personal issues, I decided to make some changes within myself. I began working out in January 2013, and it changed my life forever. I quickly developed muscle and was addicted to the lifestyle. I competed in my first figure competition only 8 months later, winning the overall. Fast forward 2 years and I’ve competed in 3 local shows, and 2 national, preparing for my 3rd. Competing and fitness is my passion and I love what I do! I decided at Christmas in 2014 that I wanted to help others reach the same goals, whether it’s weight loss or getting on stage. I got certified through NASM in April of 2015, and plan to go for further nutrition certifications.

Diana James

”I have trained clients of all ages and body type. I have learned that you must adapt your leadership style to each individual’s needs or else progress will not be efficient. There is a large component of psychology that must be addressed before things begin to change and I focus on this aspect. I focus on creating a healthy environment so each client has a positive experience in the gym. This is a journey WE are on and I lead with the highest accountability for both myself and my clients!”
