Proven Partnership With FTF
“This is how it’s done”
First – Create a corporate wellness culture with a leader who embraces the lifestyle and leads by example.
Secondly – Define, Develop and Implement Strategies. Provide continual support through a blend of individual and group initiatives which promote personal change and team camaraderie.
Third – Establish a healthy environment on all scales small to large. Designate areas for exercise. Create a wellness leadership team. Only supply healthy snacks and/or vending options. Order smarter when providing breakfast or lunch for your company.
Fourth – Make exercise a part of your workday. Designate periods of active time and encourage employees to move. A bout of exercise is 10 minutes. Three 10 minute bouts during a workday will allow your employees to meet the recommended CDC daily activity goal.
Finally – Stand for Wellness. Make the necessary sacrifices when it comes to the health, wellness and fitness of your employees. This will ensure a Healthy Organization, Excellent Quality Service and a Healthy Foundation to improve your bottom line.
